Shipping in Australia

$9.90 flat rate or free shipping when the order total is $175 or more. We also offer express post. This is sent via Australia Post and the cost is dependant on the weight of your order.

Most orders are sent via courier through Sendle. Express, rural and PO Box addresses are sent through Australia Post. 

All orders are sent within 1-2 business days. Most orders are received within 10 business days, depending on where you are located. All shipping is tracked and you will receive tracking details through email once your items have been posted. 

Local Pickup

We offer free pick up from us in Kirrawee, NSW. Please select the 'local pick up' option at check out and we will be in contact via email to arrange a suitable day and time. 

International Shiping

New Zealand

$15 flat rate shipping.

Some products are not able to be shipped to New Zealand due to quarantine or weight restrictions. This will be stated in the product description when applicable. 

The Rest of the World

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are dependant on the product weight and will be calculated at the checkout. International shipping costs can vary between $15-59 AUD. 

Reducing our Impact

Low Waste Packaging

We strive package and ship all orders with a little waste as possible. We used recycled boxes and packaging materials. Sometimes this includes bubble wrap which we have re-used from orders received ourselves. We encourage you to re-use this packaging again to limit our contribution to landfill. Most of our packaging materials can be recycled, including our brown paper tape which is made with a natural adhesive. We also use home compostable satchels and ship 90% of our parcels with a carbon neutral courier servce.
